“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever. It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”
Welcome,
Hi, I'm Erin!
I am so glad you stopped by!
On your wedding day, you'll spend more time with your photographer than almost anyone else. That's why it's so important to choose someone whose work you love—and someone you genuinely enjoy being around. After all, you're inviting them to be part of one of the most important days of your life. So, let me tell you a little about myself.
I grew up on a horse farm in North Central Pennsylvania, and although I currently live in Williamsport, I'll always be a country girl at heart. My faith is at the center of my life, and I truly believe that when you put God first, everything else falls into place.
Photography has given me so much more than a career—it introduced me to my husband. During my very first year photographing weddings, I met him while he was serving as the best man at one of the weddings I was photographing. He had the most incredible blue eyes and the best smile. Not many people get to photograph their soulmate on the day they meet, but somehow I did. Today, we've been married for 23 years and are raising our amazing children together.
When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me reading, practicing yoga, spending time with family and friends, or planning our next adventure. I love traveling to tropical destinations in the winter, exploring new places by road trip, and making annual memories with my family in Fenwick Island, Delaware. I'm also a huge fan of The Office, Masterpiece dramas, and trying new restaurants. In fact, my husband and I once drove all the way to Rhode Island just to try a famous fried chicken restaurant we had heard about!
I've always been a hopeless romantic, a dreamer, a deep thinker, and someone who feels things deeply—which is probably why I love photographing weddings so much.
My photography journey began in 2001 with a 35mm Pentax ZX-30. I still remember the stress of changing film rolls during a wedding ceremony, hoping I wouldn't miss an important moment. While I occasionally miss the excitement of waiting for film to be developed, I happily embrace modern technology and the creative freedom it provides.
I attended Luzerne County Community College, where I studied photojournalism, color photography, studio lighting, and traditional black-and-white photography. Some of my favorite memories are spending hours in the darkroom developing prints by hand. That early love of film continues to influence my work today. My editing style features soft, timeless tones with a true-to-life feel that allows your images to remain beautiful for years to come.
Whether you're planning an intimate elopement or a grand celebration, I approach every wedding with the same care, dedication, and attention to detail. My goal is to create a calm, enjoyable experience while capturing authentic moments and genuine emotions. The laughter, happy tears, stolen glances, and quiet in-between moments are what matter most to me.
These photographs become part of your family's story, and it is truly an honor to preserve them for generations to come.
This version feels a little more polished and timeless while still sounding like you—a warm, family-oriented photographer with deep roots in Pennsylvania and over 25 years of experience.
Are we a good fit?
I can't wait to chat with you!
